Door skins are designer laminates with combination of two or more shade or patterns and made as per standard door shutter sizes. A typical laminate sheet is of 4x8 ft in size while a typical door in 3x7 ft. Hence for covering flush door shutters, there is a considerable wastage of laminate as the leftover pieces of usually of no use. Door skins solve the problem by providing a standard size sheet with inbuilt designs that can be directly pasted over the door.
